About this course

Welcome to this course on building boards from a mock-up! In the Identify Stakeholder Needs for a Board course,  you learned how to design a user experience based on designing the mock-up first. This course takes you through building three different Boards based on existing mock-ups.

These exercises are a simulation. For customers who are implementing with Pigment, mock-ups start at the beginning of a project. Building Boards is only possible once an Application is built in Pigment. To simplify this exercise guide, you have access to all the necessary components and views that you'll need to build each Board in a template Application. 

Who should take this course?

This course is designed for technical users who are responsible for designing Boards. 

Topics Covered

  • Add the appropriate Metrics and Tables in the form of widgets to the Board to translate a mock-up into a Board
  • Set up the Page Selectors for the Board and the widgets
  • Resize and arrange the widgets on the Board so that they are optimally displayed

Before You Begin

Prerequisites: Identify Stakeholder Needs for a Board

At a minimum, you need the Board access Can configure permission. Please reach out to your Pigment Administrator if you require additional access.
